  • How do I open an account?
  • Our credit application is available for downloading directly from our web site.


  • Can I see what my balance is on my account?
  • Yes. Currently you will see the balance on your statement (which can be emailed to you). You can also look at your statement through the web site under member services.


  • How do I get to your location?
  • See our "directions" section available on the web site.


  • What are your methods of payment?
  • You can pay by cash, credit card (Visa or Master Card), check or charge (upon completion of a background check / credit application) ACH (Free), Credit Card (2% fee)


  • What are your business hours?
  • 4:00am - 1:00pm Monday to Thursday, and 4:00am-12:00pm on Friday.


  • How early can I pick up my order?
  • 4:00am.


  • When do I need to call my order in?
  • If you would like to have your order ready at 4:00am, call in by Noon Monday to Thursday and 11am on Friday.


  • Can I pay bill to bill?
  • No. We do not have bill to bill terms. Depending on your credit worthiness we can offer either 7 or 14 day terms. We also take cash and credit cards.


  • Can I order on your website?
  • Yes!


  • Can you give me my order history?
  • Yes.


  • Can I get a product list of what you carry?
  • Yes. It is available to view or print from our web site.


  • Can I pay by credit card with out having to call it in every week?
  • Yes. Speak to someone in the office to make the arrangement.
    We offer BOTH auto charge and auto ACH for your convenience.


  • Can I receive my statement, price changes & specials via email?
  • Yes, when you open an account with us you can specify if you would like to receive all 3 via e-mail. We HIGHLY recommend it, as you will also receive special offers and important notices from time to time.


  • Could I call in to get a recording of the price changes & specials?
  • No.


  • Do you take third party checks?
  • Yes.


  • What is your return check policy?
  • Returned checks are subjected to a $40.00 fee.
